硫酸铟制备

在加热的条件下，将金属铟或In2O3溶于大过量的稀硫酸中，并在50℃下浓缩，即可析出In2(SO4)3·H2SO4·7H2O的结晶。用玻璃砂芯漏斗将结晶抽滤出来，用冰乙酸洗涤后干燥。加热所制得的酸式盐，直至不再有硫酸挥发出来(450℃，约需6小时)，即可生成无水硫酸铟。也可以先制得硫酸铟溶液，浓缩该溶液并从中结晶出In2(SO4)3·5H2O的斜方晶体。将这种结晶在约500℃的温度下加热6小时，即分解生成无水硫酸铟。
