1.草酸遍布于自然界,常以草酸盐形式存在于植物如伏牛花、羊蹄草、酢浆草和酸模草的细胞膜,几乎所有的植物都含有草酸钙。草酸工业化生产方法主要有:甲酸钠法、氧化法、羰基合成法、乙二醇氧化法、丙烯氧化法、一氧化碳偶联法。
(1).甲酸钠法一氧化碳净化后在加压情况下与氢氧化钠反应,生成甲酸钠,然后经高温脱氢生成草酸钠,草酸钠再经铅化(或钙化)、酸化、结晶和脱水干燥等工序,得到成品草酸。一氧化碳与氢氧化钠合成压力一般为1.8-2.0MPa。脱氢温度为400℃。
(2).氧化法以淀粉或葡萄糖母液为原料,在矾触媒存在下,与硝酸-硫酸进行氧化反应得草酸。废气中的氧化氮送吸收塔回收生成稀硝酸。
(3).羰基合成法一氧化碳经提纯到90%以上,在钯催化剂存在下与丁醇发生羰基化反应,生成草酸二丁酯,然后通过水解得到草酸,此法分为液相法和气相法两种,气相法反应条件较低,反应压力为300-400kPa。而液相法反应压力为13.0-15.0MPa。
(4).乙二醇氧化法以乙二醇为原料,在硝酸和硫酸存在下,用空气氧化而得。5.丙烯氧化法氧化过程分两步进行。第一步用硝酸氧化,使丙烯转化为α-硝基乳酸;然后进一步催化氧化得到草酸。第二步也可采用混酸为氧化剂。丙烯氧化法生产工业级草酸二水化合物,以丙烯计总收率大于90%。原料消耗定额:焦炭(84%)510kg/t、硫酸(100%)950kg/t、烧碱(100%)920kg/t。
2.将二水合草酸H2C2O4·2H2O加热到100℃或在脱水能力强的干燥器中可转化为无水合物。
3.将炉煤气精制加压,与氢氧化钠溶液在一定温度下逆流接触,生成甲酸钠。甲酸钠水溶液经蒸发浓缩,离心分离而得到甲酸钠结晶。将甲酸钠在煅烧炉中转化为草酸钠,经水洗、过滤除去碳酸钠后,加入消石灰反应。生成的草酸钙滤出并用硫酸分解。滤出硫酸钙,所得草酸结晶用重结晶法精制。或者用含30%~40%硫酸和20%~25%硝酸的混合液及五氧化二钒催化剂,在一定温度和压力下氧化乙二醇制得。也可以葡萄糖、蔗糖、淀粉、糊精和糖浆等碳水化合物为原料,在钒催化剂存在下,通过硝酸硫酸氧化而制得草酸。粗品用母液和热水再溶解,经脱脂、分离、过滤和重结晶制得。
4.碳水化合物氧化法 以葡萄糖、蔗糖、淀粉、糊精和糖浆等碳水化合物为原料,在钒催化剂存在下,通过硝酸-硫酸氧化而制得草酸。粗晶经冷却、结晶、离心、干燥得成品。废气中的氧化氮送入吸收塔回收稀硝酸。在73~80℃的温度下,将约含85%纯淀粉的原料加到草酸母液中,分散成浆液并回流水解约6h。所得淀粉溶液含有50%~60%的葡萄糖,送入装有钒催化剂的反应器中与回收的较浓草酸母液混合,用蒸汽将葡萄糖母液加热至约63℃,在搅拌下逐渐加入硝酸进行氧化反应。反应热通过冷却盘管吸收,生成的NO烟雾通过鼓入空气除去。氧化反应完成后送入粗结晶器,搅拌冷却到24~30℃,排入沉淀槽进一步结晶,然后离心分离。母液经蒸发浓缩供下批循环使用。粗产物用母液和热水再溶解,经脱脂、分离、过滤和重结晶,最 终 产 品 纯 度 达99%以 上,草 酸 二 水 化 合 物 产 率 为63%~65%。
5.在实验室用的烘箱中,放尽可能多的瓦盘或搪瓷盘。将烘箱内的温度调节至98一99℃。当温度恒定时,取出盘子,迅速在其中铺一层(厚度不超过3一4mfn)研细了的结晶草酸。然后迅速地放回烘箱内;在几分钟内温度稍有降低。当烘箱内重新达到调节好的温度后,再烘2小时。稍冷,取出产物,如果有结块的现象,研碎,迅速装入瓶中。从100克结晶草酸可得无水草酸69-70克〔为理论产量的96-98%。用标准碱液滴定,证明产物纯度为99.5-100%
此外,无水草酸还可利用四氯化碳挥发时带走结品草酸的水而制得。此法装置较复杂,脱水时间长。
