邻香草醛(2-Vanillin)是一种天然产物,可从香草醛、红松果实中提取。邻香兰素是一种有效的抗真菌剂。邻香草醛通过破坏细胞壁和细胞膜的完整性来抑制菌丝体的生长。邻香草醛抑制阿霉素(HY-15142A)和4-过氧化氢环磷酰胺诱导的NF-κB活化[1][2]。

[体外研究]

邻香草醛(2-香草醛；0-125μg/mL；24-72小时)以剂量依赖的方式抑制黄曲霉的菌丝生长[1]。邻香草醛(0-100μg/mL；48小时；黄曲霉)会改变菌丝体的形态,并导致菌丝体不规则收缩[1]。邻香草醛(0-100μg/mL；黄曲霉)可降低细胞壁表面的蛋白质含量和β-1,3-葡聚糖的含量[1]。邻香草醛(0-100μg/mL；黄曲霉)破坏细胞膜完整性。邻香草醛释放细胞成分并降低细胞外pH值[1]。邻香草醛(0-100μg/mL)可有效抑制玉米粒上黄曲霉的生长[1]。邻香草醛(0-250μ。邻香草醛将4-HC诱导的活性抑制43%[2]。

[体内研究]

邻香草醛(2-香草醛；60 mg/kg；口服；每天,持续5天)抑制携带A375人黑色素瘤异种移植物的小鼠的肿瘤生长[2]。动物模型：带有A375人黑色素瘤异种移植物的雄性NSG小鼠(12-16周龄)[2]剂量：60 mg/kg给药：口服给药；结果：在免疫缺陷NSG小鼠中,A375人黑色素瘤异种移植物的生长延迟。
