敌瘟磷

敌瘟磷用途

广谱性有机磷杀菌剂，有内吸作用，兼有保护和治疗作用。主要用于防治稻瘟病，对水稻叶瘟、穗颈瘟、苗瘟有良好防效。如防治叶瘟在病前40%用乳油7.5～10.5mL/100m²对水喷雾；重发时用11.3～15mL/100m²隔10～14d喷雾；同样剂量可防治穗颈瘟；种子处理可防治苗瘟。此外还可用于防治麦类赤霉病、水稻小粒菌核病、水稻纹枯病、玉米大斑病和小斑病、胡麻叶斑病及稻叶蝉、飞虱、稻螟等。本药剂在病原菌侵入前使用效果明显。

敌瘟磷制备

1.乙基磷酰二氯的制备三氯氧磷与无水乙醇作用，无水乙醇稍过量，制得O-乙基磷酰二氯。
2.苯硫酚钠的制备苯氯磺化制得苯磺酰氯，然后在硫酸和锌粉（或铁粉）存在下转化成苯硫酚，中和得相应的酚钠。

3.敌瘟磷合成O-乙基磷酰二氯与苯硫酚钠作用，合成敌瘟磷。规格30%、50%磷乳油；25%、30%磷可湿性粉剂；1.5%、2%、敌瘟磷粉剂。
