硫氰酸铵分析滴定液制备

1.由二硫化碳和液氨在加压下反应制得。或由硫黄和水的浆状物与氰化钠反应,再与固体氯化铵反应制得。 2.二硫化碳法将二硫化碳和稍过量的液氨同水混合,在压力5.88×105Pa、温度100℃下,反应约20h,生成硫氰酸铵。反应液经减压蒸发脱除硫化氢,在液温105℃时,用硫化铵除去铁及重金属,过滤,将滤液减压浓缩后在结晶器内冷却结晶,再经离心分离、干燥,制得硫氰酸铵。其反应方程式如下:


3.硫黄法将适量水和硫黄粉在反应器中搅拌成浆状,固体氰化钠分次缓慢加入,在温度110℃左右进行反应生成硫氰化钠,然后再加入固体氯化铵,反应生成硫氰酸铵,在反应液中再加入硫氰酸钡,除杂澄清,上层清液经减压蒸发、浓缩析出氯化钠,再经过滤、冷却结晶、分离和干燥,制得硫氰酸铵。其反应方程式如下:


4.用氰化铵溶液与硫粉共煮。 5. 将二硫化碳与氨水进行加压合成反应,生成硫氰酸铵及副产硫氢化铵,再经脱硫蒸发使硫氢化铵分解生成硫化氢除去,所得溶液经除杂质和分离,得产品。或者将硫黄与氰化钠反应生成硫氰化钠,再与氯化铵复分解反应生成硫氢酸铵。 6. 制法 用适量水溶解工业品硫氰酸铵,加热至60℃,之后分别加入适量 ( 以原料中杂质量计算)硫化钡、氢氧化铵( 相对密度0.91)和氢氧化钡,以除去重金属离子和SO 4 2-离子。静置澄清,倒出清液,加入少量氨水和少量活性炭,在60℃下蒸发至相对密度为1.15止,过滤后搅拌冷却结晶,抽滤。结晶在60℃下再溶于少量蒸馏水中,常规检验溶液中SO 4 2 和Ba 2+ ( 若含量达不到要求,则按计算量加氢氧化钡或硫酸铵,并加入少量活性炭) ,符合要求后在60℃下过滤、冷却结晶、抽滤后用少量蒸馏水洗涤,最后在30~40℃下干燥,可得分析纯硫氰酸铵。
