异柳磷制备

由乙基硫磷酰二氯、水杨酸异丙酯、异丙胺经下列反应而得。将水杨酸异丙酯、乙基硫代磷酰二氯和催化剂投入反应釜,搅拌冷却至 10 ℃ 左右。缓慢加入一部分氢氧化钠溶液,反应半小时后再将其余的氢氧化钠溶液和异丙胺同时缓慢均匀加入。加毕后再继续反应2h。然后加水和溶剂,搅拌后静置分出下层废水,上层粗油经减压蒸馏即得乙基异柳磷原油。将乙基硫代磷酰二氯用甲基硫代磷酰二氯代替,采用相似工艺可制得甲基异柳磷。原料消耗定额:水杨酸 350kg /t、异丙醇 580kg /t、硫酸 340kg /t、甲醇 720kg /t、异丙胺 130kg /t、三氯硫磷 380kg /t。
