苯并吡喃制备

将2,2-二甲基-4-(对羟基苯基)-7-甲氧基-3-苯基色烯溶于250ml四氢呋喃，加入钯-碳催化剂反应，得到的物质用苯-石油醚(30～60℃)重结晶，得顺2,2-二甲基-4-(对羟基苯基)-7-甲氧基-3-苯基色满。将得到的色满衍生物和氢氧化钠水溶液加到异丙醇中，搅拌，加入N-(2-氯乙基)吡咯烷盐酸盐，搅拌，经处理碱化后，得顺式森可曼。将顺式森可曼和无水二甲亚砜混合，加入正丁基锂的己烷溶液，进行反应，经处理可得反式森
可曼。
