[体内研究]

硫丙嗪(5 mg/kg；腹腔注射；单次)增加大鼠纹状体中多巴胺的积累[1]。动物模型：雄性charles river大鼠(200-250 g)[1]。剂量：5 mg/kg给药：腹膜内注射；仅有一个的结果：多巴胺水平显著降低(26%),纹状体中多巴胺的合成和利用加快(多巴胺比活性提高250%)。
