L-正亮氨酸是亮氨酸的异构体,特别影响骨骼肌中的蛋白质合成[1]。 L-正亮氨酸具有抗病毒活性。 L-正亮氨酸与hnRNPA2/B1蛋白相互作用,抑制两种E-cadherin抑制剂Twist1和Snail的表达,促进E-cadherin的表达,从而抑制肿瘤转移[2]。
