[体内研究]

Avridine诱导的关节炎在LEW和DA大鼠中严重且持续时间长[2]。CP-20961(10 mg/kg,静脉注射,烧伤后24、48或72小时注射一次)对烧伤后96小时铜绿假单胞菌感染后的存活率没有影响[3]。动物模型：雌性,哈特利衍生豚鼠,体重350至400克[3]。用量：10mg/kg。给药：烧伤后24、48或72小时静脉注射一次。结果：铜绿假单胞菌对烧伤后96h存活无影响。
