仲丁威制备
1.在0℃以下将液态光气通入邻仲丁基酚的甲苯溶液中,然后逐渐加入氢氧化钠溶液,制得氯甲酸邻促丁其苯酯(甲苯溶液),在快速搅拌下,与氢氧化钠溶液同时滴入甲胺水溶液中,室温下反应15min,即生成仲丁威。原料消耗定额:邻仲丁基酚(97.5%)770kg/t、光气650kg/t、一甲胺(40%)390kg/t、烧碱(30%)220kg/t、甲苯100kg/t、盐酸(30%)10kg/t。
2.烃化苯酚、1-正丁烯在硫酸催化下反应,配比为1∶1.4(MOL),反应温度134~136℃;也可采用CaCl3为催化剂气相连续合成邻仲丁基苯酚。
3.酯化将甲苯冷却至0℃以下,通入适量光气,然后加入经蒸馏处理的邻仲丁基苯酚,并滴加氢氧化钠溶液,控制反应温度小于0℃,终点狆犎值6~7,得氯甲酸邻仲丁基苯酯。
4.氨解先将氯甲酸邻仲丁基苯酯冷却至-10℃,开始滴加一甲胺及氢氧化钠溶液,使温度<0℃,终点狆犎值7~8,继续保温0.5h,使反应完全,经脱溶回收甲苯,即得产品仲丁威。
