香茅酸

香茅酸用途

除可以作为合成中间体外还可以作为配制香精的辅料用于食用和日化香精中。40多年已在美国应用。食品中的软饮料冰制食品、胶冻布丁、糖果烘烤食品等一般用量达０.５ｍｇ／ｋｇ。在日化香精最终在介质中的浓度为香皂为０.００５%～０.０３%；洗涤剂０.００１%～０.００３%；膏霜及其他０.００３%～０.０１%；香水０.０８%～０.２%。
