碳酸铵制备

1.碳化法将二氧化碳、氨及蒸汽直接合成碳酸铵，通入冷却室，用水直接冷却，再经精制制得碳酸铵成品。其反应式如下：

将工业碳酸铵与浓氨水混合，冷却，先沉淀出半透明结晶，而后变为光亮的针状结晶。迅速吸滤，干燥，得纯品碳酸铵。
2.在碳酸钙液中加入硫酸铵后加热而得。 3.用研钵将市售品研磨成粉末，放进可以密封的容器中去，慢慢往其中加入氨水，使粉末溶解，充分振荡至碳酸铵完全溶解。放置在20～25℃下静置2天后，再将其放在10～12℃的阴凉处，长时间静置后，即可析出结晶。迅速吸滤，干燥后移入完全密封的容器中。往滤液中继续加入1/3体积的乙醇，结晶会进一步析出。这样制得的产品为一水合物。 4.在碳酸钙液中加入硫酸铵后加热而得。
