[体外研究]

1,5-异喹啉二醇导致稳定整合HSV-tk基因突变校正中基因靶向绝对频率增加8倍[1]。1,5-异喹啉二醇(1,5-异喹啉二醇)是一种有效的PARP拮抗剂,可减少糖尿病视网膜中PARP的裂解。1,5-异喹啉二醇(500μM H2O2；24小时)可减弱H2O2诱导的视网膜Muller细胞PARP-1裂解表达上调。1,5-异喹啉二醇抑制糖尿病诱导的视网膜硝化蛋白表达上调。1,5-异喹啉二醇减弱糖尿病诱导的视网膜NADPH氧化酶激活[2]。
