在反应瓶中先后加入750mL无水乙醚和60g频哪酮,瓶外用冰水冷却,搅拌。滴加96g溴,开始时先滴加几滴溴反应至无色,然后连续滴加,温度控制在0℃,约2h滴加完毕。再继续反应0.5h,用300mL冰水洗涤,静置,除去水层。乙醚反应液用水泵减压除去溶剂后再进行真空蒸馏,收集70~72℃(1.33kPa)馏分,产品外观为无色透明液体,放置颜色逐渐加深至棕色,产量91g,收率84.7%。
