苯赖加压素用途

【用途一】
临床适用于麻醉和外科手术时休克或血压下降，也可用于手术时出血，常与局部麻醉药合用。
不良反应和禁忌：用药后可有面色和皮肤苍白、尿意、腹痛、腹泻、脉搏减慢等症状；过量会恶心、呕吐。冠状动脉患者忌用，孕妇和老人慎用。
