玫瑰红三羧酸铵制备

1.于20ml浓硫酸中，分次加入10g（0.145mol）固体亚硝酸钠，同时控制加入速度，以便只放出少量的一氧化氮。当溶解完全后，边搅拌边分次加入20g（0.145mol）水杨酸，全部过程约15min。然后在20℃将此混合物搅拌至全部固体均溶解，此粘稠液呈亮红色至棕色。将液体入在冰浴上，使温度降至0℃，边搅拌边慢慢滴加5ml（0.065mol）35-40%的甲醛溶液，反应温度不得超过5℃，反应完全后，加100g碎冰和500ml冰水，搅拌至形成固体小块为止。过滤，用冰水洗涤数次，抽干，再溶于1：2（体积比）氨水中，滤纸过滤。滤液在蒸汽浴上蒸干。约得19.22g棕黄色玻璃状固体物。产率83-86%。

2.将水杨酸与盐酸混合均匀，不断搅拌下加热至70℃，慢慢加入甲醛，控制温度不超过80℃，加完后再升温至95℃，保温8h，反应结束后冷却，倒入蒸馏水中，静置结晶，滤出的结晶用大量蒸馏水洗涤并于100℃下干燥。将所得的次甲基水杨酸再与水杨酸混匀，边搅拌边加到亚硝酰硫酸（亚硝酸钠固体与0℃浓硫酸快速混合所得）中，温度控制在15℃ 以下。20～24h反应结束。所得结晶用大量蒸
馏水洗涤，并用热水煮洗至结晶松散，再用蒸馏水洗到洗液呈中性为止。用稀氨水溶解，活性炭脱色，滤液中加入分析纯盐酸，析出的结晶用水洗涤至合格，干燥后即得铝试剂。反应式为：

3.在快速搅拌下，将固体亚硝酸钠分次加入浓硫酸中，控制加入速度，避免产生红烟。完全溶解后，将水杨酸分次少量加入，控制温度不超过20℃，搅拌至全部溶解，混合物呈淡红色至棕色粘稠状。将温度冷到0℃，快速搅拌下慢慢加入37%的甲醛溶液，并使温度低于5℃，反应结束后，边搅拌边加
入大量冰水混合物至固体分散为止。所得固体用冷水洗涤数次，抽滤后，用1∶ 2稀氨水溶解，滤去不溶物，蒸汽蒸干，即得黄色铵盐。反应式为：
