1,2-二氢-5-硝基苊制备

1. 制备方法：由苊硝化而得。在干燥的搪玻璃反应锅中加入冰醋酸，在搅拌下加入工业苊（熔点92-94℃）。加热至70℃搅拌10min，冷却至23℃。控制温度23-26℃之间并慢慢滴加65%硝酸。加毕，在23-26℃下搅拌1h即生成5-硝基苊。
