四水合乙酸钴制备

1.由金属钴或氧化钴为原料，与硝酸反应制备硝酸钴溶液，再与碳酸氢铵（或纯碱）溶液反应，生成碳酸钴沉淀；将沉淀洗涤、分离，加入乙酸酸化，即可得到乙酸钴；经过滤后，将反应液调至pH=2，浓缩至溶液相对密度为1.17-1.20，然后每200L浓缩液补加1kg乙酸，在低于20℃条件下，结晶7-10d，离心分离，在30-40℃干燥即得成品。工业级乙酸亚钴含量不少于45%。原料消耗定额：金属钴（>99%）265kg/t、乙酸1000kg/t、硝酸1100kg/t。

2.将215g 50%醋酸溶于200mL水中，加热此溶液，慢慢加入190g六水碳酸钴，控制加入速度以防止反应物溢出。加毕，溶液应对刚果红试纸显弱酸性反应。过滤，冷却滤液，晶体析出，抽滤出结晶，即为成品。母液可再次蒸发至开始出结晶，冷却，抽滤，可再得到部分产品。

3.以金属钴或氧化钴为原料，与硝酸或硫酸反应生成硝酸钴或硫酸钴，再加入醋酸酸化，经蒸发、结晶、分离、干燥制得，也可以氢氧化钴或碳酸钴与过量醋酸反应而得。

4.将硝酸钴与碳酸钠反应生成碳酸钴，再与热的乙酸水溶液反应生成乙酸钴，经过滤，结晶，即得产品：
