偏硅酸钠制备

1.将碳酸钠(或氢氧化钠)与硅砂按Na2O/SiO2=1∶3摩尔比混合,在铂坩埚中熔解,将其溶于水中,即成为硅酸钠水溶液。在溶液中加入计算量的氢氧化钠,使溶液中的Na2O/SiO2的摩尔比为1∶1。将制得的这种Na2O/SiO2组成的溶液加热至数十度,浓缩,冷却至30℃制得九水合物,加热即可制得无水物。

2.干法 包括纯碱法、硫酸钠(芒硝)法和天然碱法。纯碱法:将纯碱和硅砂按一定比例均匀混合,在1400~1500℃进行熔融反应,熔融物经水游淬冷却形成玻璃料,趁热投入溶解槽内,再通入蒸汽加热,经沉降、浓缩,制得水玻璃。其反应式如下。

硫酸钠法:先将硫钠(芒硝)和煤粉均匀混合,再加入硅砂,混合均匀后快速加入炉内进行反应,反应完成后,生成物出炉冷却、粉碎、溶解、沉淀、浓缩,制得水玻璃。其反应式如下。

天然碱法:将天然碱、硅砂和煤粉按一定比例混合,再加入起调节作用的烧碱渣,把混合料经炉顶预热2~4h后投入炉内进行反应,经3~5h生成熔融物,经出料水淬冷却,把冷却形成的玻璃料溶解、沉淀、浓缩制得水玻璃。其反应式如下。

3.湿法 将液体烧碱和硅砂按适当比例混合加入压热釜中,通入直接蒸汽加热,待反应釜中压力升至0.7~0.8MPa后,停止通入直接蒸汽,用夹套蒸汽保温,维持此压力,反应数小时,将反应物过滤、浓缩,制得水玻璃。其反应式如下。

4.将氢氧化钠溶液按理论量加到硅砂中,加热搅拌至溶解,保温反应数小时:

反应结束后,过滤。滤液浓缩后,30℃左右冷却结晶,分离出的结晶用乙醇洗涤,干燥,即可。

5.将13%~14%的氢氧化钠溶液加到含二氧化硅30.85%、氧化钠14.34%的水玻璃中,搅拌后过滤,使滤液完全透明,然后,在滤液中加入少量九水合硅酸钠晶种,静置。结晶抽滤后,用乙醇洗涤、干燥即可。
