Sulfathiazole是短效的磺胺类抗生素。

磺胺噻唑作用

磺胺噻唑是一种有机硫化合物,已被用作短效磺胺药。 目标:抗菌磺胺噻唑(20μg/ L)在含有不同废水基质的两个间歇反应器之一的第31天和第38天之间开始降解。 在硝化过程中,磺胺噻唑以比磺胺甲恶唑或磺胺二甲嘧啶快得多的速度降解(S3)。 在pH9下,磺胺噻唑的加标粪浆样品回收率为64%。磺胺噻唑的酸度常数pKa为7.1,保留时间(tR)为7.8。 磺胺噻唑的S / N值在1 mg / kg水平时高于100。 磺胺噻唑对无机吸附剂的吸附表现出明显的pH依赖性,与吸附物的形态和吸附剂电荷特性一致。 磺胺噻唑阳离子对粘土矿物的吸附最重要,其次是中性物种。
