2.将碳酸锂溶于盐酸中,蒸干,即可制得氯化锂的白色粉末。
为了制得特别纯的无水氯化锂,必须精制提纯。精制方法有三:(1)经碳酸盐进行精制;(2)使氟化锂沉淀后转变成氯化锂;(3)采用离子交换树脂进行精制。现将(3)法择要介绍如下:
阳离子交换树脂采用Amberlite IR120氢型树脂,容量100mL;阴离子交换树脂采用Amberlite IRA400氯型树脂,容量100mL。将氯化锂溶于25%(摩尔分数)甲醇一水混合溶剂中制成氯离子浓度在1mol/L以下的原液,也可用25%(体积分数)甲醇的05mol/L盐酸作为洗提液,可在室温下操作。此方法可除去难以除去的钙离子和70%硫酸根离子,得到纯氯化锂。此法简单、迅速。IC 锂标准品海关
