硫酸氢钠制备

1.由硫酸钠与硫酸作用而制得。

2.将100g无水硫酸钠溶于200mL水中，然后慢慢加入400g98%的硫酸，加硫酸时要对溶液进行冷却。加完酸后放置冷却，当温度降至30℃时即析出无水硫酸氢钠的结晶。抽滤，将结晶夹在滤纸中除去水分，并在100℃下干燥。

3.工业生产有硫酸钠法和铬酐副产法两种,后一种是主要方法。将重铬酸钠结晶或溶液 ( 6 0 ° B é )和硫酸加入反应釜中进行反应,可得少量的C r O 3 和N a HS O 4。将其分离,反应釜上层熔融的 N a HS O 4 中含有少量的C r O 3,冷却分离出C r O 3 后的 N a HS O 4 经溶解、浓缩、结晶、粉碎后即为成品.
