3-环丁烯砜制备

1.丁二烯、二氧化硫和适量对苯二酚在反应釜中于100℃反应12h，粗品用50℃热水重结晶，得环丁烯砜。产率80-85%。

2. 丁二烯和二氧化硫按1:2的摩尔比和1%氢醌(按丁二烯计，以阻止生成的环烯砜聚合)在钢制反应釜中100℃反应12小时，或在耐压瓶中室温下反应2一3.星期。粗产物用50℃热水重结晶三次。第一次用活性炭脱色。产率80-85%。熔点64.5-65℃。
如果使此反应在乳化剂存在下20公斤/平方厘米(表压)和100℃进行，I.5小时即可完成反应，产率为98%
市售品如果纯度不够，可在其甲醇溶液中用活性炭处理(每100克粗品用250毫升甲醇和2克活性炭)。过滤，即得无色、无臭的晶体
