氯化铅制备
1.将相对密度为1.19的纯盐酸用水稀释至浓度为0.37%,加热至沸腾,然后将纯的碳酸铅溶于其中(使盐酸过量),将溶液冷却至0-15ºC结晶,吸滤出二氯化铅结晶,用少量冰水洗涤后,于40 ºC下干燥,即得成品。
2.用热水溶解三水合醋酸铅,制成含量约为28%的溶液,加入工业品氧化铅,加热煮沸并搅拌至溶解,滤去不溶物后,加入相对密度为1.19的纯盐酸(过来那个)进行反应。
反应结束后,静置至沉淀完全,分离溶液和结晶,结晶经吸滤后冷水洗涤至合格;溶液中再加入少量氧化铅加热至溶解,滤去不溶物后加入上述纯盐酸反应,静置结晶完全,吸滤后用冷水洗涤结晶至合格,合并前后所得的结晶于30ºC左右干燥即为成品。
3.将15mL化学纯盐酸(相对密度1.19)用1800mL水稀释后加热至沸,将15g分析纯碳酸铅溶于其中。所得溶液冷却至0~5℃后,用布氏漏斗吸滤氯化铅结晶,并用5~10mL冰水洗涤,然后在40℃以下进行干燥,以防产品部分水解为碱式盐。产量13g,产率85%。
4.将40g化学纯PbAc2·3H2O溶于80mL热水中,加入15g工业纯PbO,煮沸至溶解,过滤。向滤液中加入34mL化学纯盐酸(相对密度1.19),搅拌、静置,上层澄清后倾出溶液备用。将PbCl2沉淀用布氏漏斗进行抽滤,并用15mL冷水洗涤。
于所倾出的溶液中加入25g PbO,加热至溶解后过滤。向滤液中加入25mL盐酸(相对密度1.19),析出结晶,抽滤,用10~15mL冷水洗涤。合并两次所得的结晶,并于25~35℃下干燥。产量75g,产率96%。
PbCl2可用升华法精制。
