2.高纯硒用于制备ZnSe等化合物半导体,制备静电复印药粉等硒鼓材料及各种金属硒化物等。

二氧化硫还原法在搅拌下,向浓度为170g/L的二氧化硒水溶液(亚硒酸溶液,Se为130 g/L),通入经水和稀硫酸洗涤的二氧化硫气体,在75℃充分搅拌下进行还原反应,可得到200目以上六方结晶黑色微细硒粉末。
氨气还原法 将二氧化硒的蒸气用氨气在450~500℃进行还原反应,制得硒粉末。其
将原料纯度为99.9%的硒粉,通过熔盐法提纯,可提高到99.99%。亦可用真空蒸馏法提纯 以金属硒为原料,经区域熔融后精制而成,制得高纯硒纯度为99.999%。 2.将100g的工业品硒放入385mL浓度为40%的硝酸中, 至硒不再溶解时(1~2d),将混合物在75~80℃下加热至硒完全溶解为止。过滤后将溶液蒸发至干,并将剩余物干燥以除去未反应完的HNO3。将所制得的SeO2溶解于550mL水中。过滤并将滤液蒸发至体积为90mL后缓慢冷却,即可析出亚硒酸结晶,将结晶抽干并用少量冷水洗涤,重结晶1~2次后将其溶解在经盐酸酸化后的水中(每100g亚硒酸用水1L,水中含20~30mL相对密度为1.19盐酸)。向所得的亚硒酸溶液中通入SO2使之饱和,直至硒沉淀完全(6~8h)为止。 将沉淀转移到布氏漏斗中抽滤,并用水洗至洗出液中用AgNO3溶液检验不出Cl-离子为止,干燥后可获得灰色结晶粉末,产率为80%~85%。将所得的粉末硒加热熔融后冷却至180℃,并在此温度下维持一段时间,不久即可形成灰硒结晶。 以金属硒为原料,经区域熔融法精制,得到纯度为99.999%的高纯硒成品。
