氟化亚锡制备

1.将67.4g(0.5mol)的氧化亚锡置于200mL聚乙烯烧杯中,加入除氧后的水15~20mL进行润湿。在除去氧的氮气流中,将上述润湿氧化亚锡在水浴上加热至60℃,往其中慢慢地加入46.0g(1.1mol,过量10%)48%的氢氟酸,轻轻地搅拌。当约一半氧化亚锡溶解时,反应放热而使反应激化。须充分搅拌,待全部氧化亚锡溶解后,将烧杯放在充满氮气的干燥器中冷却。2h后有结晶析出。将母液倾入到另一个聚乙烯烧杯中。将结晶和母液分别置于干燥器中(干燥剂为KOH∶CaCl2=1∶1)。两日后将结晶移至高氯酸镁干燥剂上干燥。4日后母液中析出的晶体用同样的方法处置。第一次结晶得率为69%,从母液中回收量为17%,共计86%。两者纯度相同。

2.在有哈斯特洛伊耐蚀镍基合金内衬的C形耐压容器中放入30g海绵状锡,然后抽真空,再向容器中压入大约60g的氟化氢气体,关闭容器。在200℃下加热8h。排放出容器中的热气至大约100℃。再用真空泵抽气1h。剩余的固体在80℃下真空中进一步干燥4h以除去最后微量的氟化氢气体。

3.工业上有两种生产方法。
① 氧化锡与氢氟酸进行复分解反应而得。
② 无水氢氟酸与四氯化锡反应制得。
