铬酸钾制备
1. 中和法
将重铬酸钾溶解于母液和水中,加入反应器,在搅拌下加入氢氧化钾进行中和反应,生成铬酸钾呈弱碱性,经蒸发浓缩,冷却结晶,固液分离,干燥,制得铬酸钾成品。其反应方程式如下:分离出的母液,返回溶解工序用于溶解重铬酸钾。 2. 1取2份(质量)重铬酸钾粉末与4份沸腾水混合,在搅拌下加入碳酸钾,直至溶液显弱碱性(约需加入1份)。随后进行过滤,冷却滤液即析出铬酸钾结晶。将母液再蒸发,还可得到结晶。 3.将纯三氧化铬CrO3放入铂皿中,加入纯氢氧化钾水溶液,直至成黄色。析出的结晶可经再结晶加以精制。精制法在水溶液中反复进行再结晶,其次数至少三次。产品存于盛有氢氧化钾的干燥器中。 4. 采用中和法。将重铬酸钾溶解于母液和水中,加入反应器,在搅拌下加入氢氧化钾进行中和反应,生成的铬酸钾呈弱酸性,经蒸发浓缩、冷却结晶、固液分离、干燥,制得铬酸钾成品。 5 .用蒸馏水加热溶解工业铬酸钾,使溶液相对密度为1.41,加入适量三氧化铬或碳酸钾,使溶液对酚
酞呈弱碱性,趁热过滤,滤去不溶物,滤液冷却结晶,甩干即可。
6.将1份工业品重铬酸钾溶解到2.5份热水中,边搅拌边缓慢加入化学纯碳酸钾: 反应结束后加入少量化学纯氢氧化钾,使溶液对酚酞呈弱碱性。保温1h,过滤。滤液加热浓缩至结晶薄膜出现,不需搅拌进行冷却。将上层清液吸出,双层滤纸过滤,滤液在不断搅拌下 ( 用玻棒)加热蒸发至原体积1/4,冷却结晶,抽滤,结晶于40~80℃干燥,得优级纯或分析纯品。
