聚三氟氯乙烯的单体,能制造氟塑料、氟橡胶及氟氯润滑油等重要产品。还可用作生产吸入麻醉剂的原料。用于以氟取代甾体、碳水化合物中的羟基用作防腐剂。

三氟氯乙烯制备
1.工业上普遍采用的方法是由三氟三氯乙烷脱氯而得。一般以锌粉为脱氯剂,以甲醇为溶剂,反应温度为50-150℃,反应压力为2.08MPa,反应时间为3-4s。将含有锌粉的甲醇悬浮液与三氟三氯乙烷一同送进反应器,生成的氯化锌从反应物中分离出来,反应产物送往初馏塔和精馏塔后,得纯三氟氯乙烯。
2.以1,1,2-三氟-1,2,2-三氯乙烷(氟里昂-113)为原料,在甲醇分散介质
中,和锌粉反应脱氯,再经分馏提纯,得成品。若加压至1.17MPa进行反应,可提高反应温度,增加反应速度和收率,并减少甲醇的用量。
