由丙烯酸和三氯化磷作用,丙烯酸与三氯化磷的摩尔配比为1:0.333,将两者混合后,加热至沸腾。将反应混合物慢慢冷却到60-70℃。再反应15min,然后在室温下放置2h。反应物分二层,分出上层产物,加入氯化亚铜进行减压蒸馏,收集30-40℃(18.7kPa)的馏分,重蒸一次,收集30-32℃(18.7kPa)的馏分,得到丙烯酰氯。产率66%。
