由丙烯酸和三氯化磷作用，丙烯酸与三氯化磷的摩尔配比为1：0.333，将两者混合后，加热至沸腾。将反应混合物慢慢冷却到60-70℃。再反应15min，然后在室温下放置2h。反应物分二层，分出上层产物，加入氯化亚铜进行减压蒸馏，收集30-40℃(18.7kPa)的馏分，重蒸一次，收集30-32℃(18.7kPa)的馏分，得到丙烯酰氯。产率66%。
