1-萘乙酸制备

1.一般由萘与一氯乙酸作用而得,萘与一氯乙酸(摩尔比3:1)在铝粉、溴化钾等催化剂存在下,于185~210℃反应若干小时,生成的氯化氢气体用水吸收,经5%~6%氢氧化钠溶液浸提,冷却过滤,用水蒸气蒸馏回收过量萘,滤液用31%~盐酸荣摄中和(PH7)、酸化(PH56、PH3),过滤,得粗品,经重结晶,得精制品。 也可由萘经氯甲基化、氰化、水解而得。

2.萘在高锰酸钾存在下,与乙酸酐反应而得。

3.萘与一氯乙酸在铝粉、溴化钾等催化剂存在下,于185~210℃反应,经中和、酸化、过滤得粗品,经重结晶得精制萘乙酸。也可由萘经氯甲基化、氰化、水解制得。
