1.3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚的合成将间苯酚、异丁烯、三氯化铝和浓硫酸加入反应釜,搅拌下加热升温至310~320℃,进行烷基化反应。反应完成后,反应产物经中和、蒸馏而得3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚。
2.3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚与二氯化硫于温度为45~50℃下进行反应。反应结束后用石油醚溶解并冷却结晶,然后再经过滤、洗涤、干燥,即得成品。
