1.由苯乙酮在高压催化氨存在下,用氢还原制得。工艺过程为:向2L高压釜内放入纯苯乙酮,阮尼镍和液氨,使混合物在150℃、34.5~24.1MPa压力下氢化,反应进行到不再吸收氢为止;将高压斧冷却,放氨和滤出催化剂。再将混合物放入冰浴冷却,用浓盐酸酸化至刚果红试纸呈酸性反应、除去过量苯乙酮;然后将剩余物放入烧瓶中的固体氢氧化钠上,经冷却即析出胺;再经苯提取、固体氢氧化钠干燥、蒸馏去苯;最后经减压蒸馏。收集80~81℃(2.4kPa)馏分即得成品。
