泰妙菌素用途

本品抗菌谱与与大环内酯类抗生素相似，主要抗革兰氏阳性菌，对金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌、支原体、猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌、猪密螺旋体痢疾等有较强的抑制作用，对支原体的作用强与大环内酯类。对革兰氏阴性菌尤其是肠道菌作用较弱。
