Abstract
• BPA antagonizes AR function by competitive inhibition of androgen binding. • Prevents functional foci formation in the nucleus. • Reduce the AR presence in the nucleus. • BPAF have similar activation function in ERα and inhibition in AR as BPA. • BPS is a weaker ERα agonist and does not inhibit AR function.
