Abstract
• HPLC fused core technology to analyze SR and its degradation products. • Stress test studies on raw material, finished products and placebos. • No interference of the complex matrices (new pharmaceuticals) was observed. • The main degradation product (SR N-oxide) was characterized by HPLC-ESI-MS.
