Biological Activity

[Description]:

Dacarbazine hydrochloride is a cell cycle nonspecific antineoplastic alkylating agent. Dacarbazine hydrochloride inhibits T and B lymphoblastic response, with IC50 values of 50 and 10 μg/mL, respectively. Dacarbazine hydrochloride can be used for the research of metastatic malignant melanoma[1][2].
