[Description]:

Nemvaleukin alfa (ALKS 4230) is a IL-2 fusion protein that selectively binds to intermediate-affinity IL-2R. Nemvaleukin alfa is an activator of NK and effector T cells. Nemvaleukin alfa can be used for research of cancer[1][2][3].

[In Vitro]

Nemvaleukin alfa 激活食蟹猴和人类样本的淋巴细胞亚群，EC50s 为 0.45-2.2 nM[2]。 Nemvaleukin alfa (0-100 nM，30 分钟) 诱导人细胞 (HH 细胞) 上的中等亲和力 IL-2R 的激活[3]。 Nemvaleukin alfa (0-100 nM，30 分钟) 在 NK 细胞中诱导 pSTAT5，EC50 为 0.45 nM[3]。 Nemvaleukin alfa (0.5 nM，5 天) 诱导从人外周血中分离的效应淋巴细胞的激活[3]。
