Biological Activity

[Description]:

3-Hydroxyphenazepam is an active metabolite of Cinazepam. Cinazepam is a GABAA receptor agonist. 3-Hydroxyphenazepam can inhibit synaptosomal transporter-mediated [3H]GABA uptake[1].
