Polyoxyl 15 hydroxystearate is found to be effective in enhancing the solubility and stability of Curcumin (HY-N0005)[2]. Polyoxyl 15 hydroxystearate is employed as a carrier to build up a stable CoQ10-loaded micelle delivery system[3].
