[Description]:

C16-PAF is an endogenous platelet-activating factor (PAF) and ligand for PAF receptors. C16-PAF is produced by inflammatory cells and a potent chemoattractant for polymorphonuclear neutrophils. C16-PAF induces increased vascular permeability.
