In Vitro | Guidelines (Following is our recommended protocol. This protocol only provides a guideline, and should be modified according to your specific needs). Enzyme activity (rabbit osteoclasts for example)[1]: 1. Treat purified, differentiated cells by medium for 48 h (time depends on the cell). 2. Put treated cells into 4.5 mL lysis buffer. 3.
