ML398 (CID72737723) is a potent, selective, highly brain penetrant dopamine 4 (D4) receptor antagonist with IC50/Ki of 130 nM/60 nM; shows excellent selectivity (>100-fold) against the other dopamine receptor subtypes (D1,2S,2L,3,5; >20 uM); reverses cocaine-induced hyperlocomotion at 10 mg/kg in vivo.
