In Vitro anabaseine (3.6 μmol/kg; subcutaneous injection) has a peak effect values of 50%, 85%, 62% for acetylcholine, dopamine and norepinephrine, respectively [1][2] . anabaseine act as neuromuscular agonists on the frog rectus abdominis muscle whit a EC50 of 0.25-0.74 μM[1].
