磷酸铝制备
2.复分解法 将磷酸三钠和硫酸铝分别在溶料槽内用85~95℃的水溶解,再用板框压滤机过滤,除去非水溶性杂质。将此两种溶液以适当的浓度和摩尔比[A12(SO4)3/Na3 PO4=1:3]送人反应釜内进行复分解反应,使生成白色胶状磷酸铝沉淀,然后用板框压滤机直接进行液固分离。分离出的母液中回收硫酸钠,留在压滤机内的磷酸铝用稀盐酸溶液洗涤,再用清水洗涤数次,除去硫酸根等杂质,经过滤、干燥、粉碎,即得磷酸铝成品。其
3.采用水热合成法。以氧化铝、氧化钠(或氢氧化钠)、五氧化二磷为原料,在200~500℃温度下进行压热处理,得到硼酸铝晶须。
4.将10g磷酸二氢钠与5g的六水合氯化铝溶于1L水中,在充分搅拌下慢慢将0.5mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液加到上述溶液中,调pH值为3.8。将此时生成的胶体状的磷酸铝密封起来,在60℃水浴上加热7日,生成AlPO4·2H2O。将其熟化后,用1%的氯化钠水溶液洗净后,再用水洗涤。进一步用80%的乙醇洗涤两次,用无水乙醇洗净后,在氯化钙真空干燥器中进行干燥。加热至200~300℃使之脱水就成为无水物AlPO4。
