1.以一氧化铅和二氧化钛为原料,将等物质的量的一氧化铅和二氧化钛放入球磨机进行粉碎并混合均匀,然后放入煅烧炉于400℃煅烧,将煅烧块研磨粉碎、酸洗除杂质。干燥得产品。或者将醋酸铅甲醇溶液和钛酸四丁酯无水乙醇溶液按等摩尔比加入到混合器进行充分混合,然后加热至40~45℃,边搅拌边将混合溶液和30%的过氧化氢溶液加入到氨水溶液中,进行共沉淀反应。过氧化氢的加入量以过氧化氢与铅、钛化合物的摩尔比为2.5∶1为宜。当溶液呈现黄色、且有深黄色沉淀物生成时,需补加适量氨水调节溶液pH值至9左右。共沉淀反应完全后。再搅拌10min左右。经过滤、多次洗涤至中性。滤饼在100℃左右的温度下干燥得褐色固体物质。研磨粉碎后,在650℃左右温度下煅烧1.0~1.5h,即得淡黄色的钛酸铅。

固相法工艺简单、成本低,但产品纯度低、粒度粗。共沉淀法产品纯度高、粒度小,可使平均粒度小于0.3μm。
