4.4'-次甲基-双(2-氯苯胺)制备

1.由邻氯苯胺与盐酸反应生成邻氯苯胺盐酸盐后滴加甲醛进行缩合而制得粗品,粗品用液碱中和后经蒸汽蒸馏、水洗、在稀乙醇中重结晶、脱水、干燥而得成品。

2.由邻氯苯胺和甲醛缩合而成

缩合产物中除了上述反应生成的4,4'-对位二胺外,还有少量一元胺和三元胺等,其质量分数一般在10%上下。实际上MOCA的初始熔点和熔点范围大小就反映了MOCA纯度的高低。MOCA的生产工艺过程如下:
