[体外研究]

已知PGLa对革兰氏阳性和革兰氏阴性细菌(大肠杆菌,铜绿假单胞菌,化脓性链球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌)均具有抑菌作用,两种细菌细胞之间没有太大的选择性。 PGLa合成为天然(野生型)肽和在2Met处具有正亮氨酸而不是甲硫氨酸的突变体(命名为PGLa(Nle))。
