2,3-Diphospho-D-glyceric acid pentasodium salt 是一种高阴离子聚磷化合物。2,3-Diphospho-D-glyceric acid 存在于红细胞的凹中心,可结合血红蛋白而降低其氧亲和力。2,3-Diphospho-D-glyceric acid 是血管钙化 (VC) 的内源性、选择性抑制剂,显著延迟了结晶钙蛋白颗粒 (CPP) 的形成。2,3-Diphospho-D-glyceric acid 还抑制小鼠血管平滑肌细胞系 (MOVAS) 的钙化,且无细胞毒性作用。
