【用途一】
已二腈主要用于生产聚酰胺纤维的中间体已二胺,橡胶促进剂和防锈剂,也用作洗涤剂的添加剂,丙烯腈、甲基丙烯腈和甲基丙烯酸甲酯三元共聚体的纺丝溶剂,聚氯乙烯纤维湿纺和干纺溶剂,聚酰胺的着色剂,织物漂白剂的助剂,醋酸酯、丙酸酯、丁酸酯和混合酯增塑剂;以及作为芳经抽提的萃取剂等。

己二腈合成路线

己二腈上下游产品

己二腈制备

目前工业上生产已二腈的方法主要是已二酸氨化法、丁二烯法及丙烯腈二聚法,其中已二酸氨化法工业化最早,技术比较成熟,应用最大。

1.己二酸氨化法:将己二酸和过量的氨在催化剂磷酸或其盐类或酯类存在下,在270-290℃温度下进行反应,生成己二酸二铵,然后加热脱水,生成粗己二腈,经精馏得产品。原料消耗定额:已二酸1606kg/t、液氨370kg/t、氢氧化钠36kg/t。

2.丁二烯法:又分氯化氰化法和直接氢氰化法。

3.丙烯腈电解二聚法:电解液是对甲苯四乙胺磺酸盐,温度50-60℃,已二腈收率92-95%。丙烯腈加氢二聚过程也可采用钌催化剂在200-300℃,0.1-0.3MPa下气相催化加氢的方法。原料消耗定额:丙烯腈1100kg/t、硫酸80kg/t。

4.己二酰胺在胺基磺酸铵作用下,脱水即可生成己二腈:
